Infrared Sauna

Infrared saunas are a type of sauna that uses heat and light to help relax and detoxify the body. These omit infrared light waves that create heat in the body, causing you to sweat and release stored “toxins.” They are believed to have a parasympathetic healing effect, which means they help the body handle stress better. Infrared saunas have many benefits such as improving heart function, lowering chronic pain, boosting the immune system, improving mood, increased relaxation, lowering inflammation, and detoxification. Use this service by itself or add it to your visit before your massage to get added benefits.

$1 per minute with sessions ranging from 20 - 60 minutes

Hot Stone Massage

This method of massage uses hot river stones of various sizes heated between 130-150 degrees. The stones are sometimes placed on the body for a short amount of time to allow the heat to penetrate deep into the muscles.
